When you slow down, you slow down very quickly. I wish it was more like War Wings where you actually had to line it up and aim as you fired. When you fire your guns over the crosshairs, they auto lock so all you have to do is point your plane’s nose in the general direction. I wish it had a more flushed out story with more than ten missions. They were more like separate standalone missions. You can’t call it a campaign just because they have the same characters. If you loved it, that’s fine, but hear me out. I was honestly really disappointed with the campaign. Firstly, there’s the problem of the campaign. However, there are a few things I’d like to highlight. It’s amazing but is missing some crucial thingsĭon't get me wrong, this is a great, great game. Noting the focus on realistically rendered cities, Atypical is taking us to San Francisco, Rio de Janeiro and the Hoover Dam, to name a few. It apparently has a “hair-raising story of camaraderie, treachery and triumph in the skies” that features maps from all across the globe. There will also be a complete single-player campaign for those of you looking to take on the game alone. You can expect the usual team death matches as well as straight up PvE dogfights with up to 14 planes soaring through the sky. Players will be able to practice in custom set games before they head into the full-on PvP online battles. It sounds like we are getting three different game modes here. There are over 100 different planes available in the game with “countless” weapons and defense systems as well as customizable badges/paint jobs (as you can see in the images below). Infinite Jets is essentially a sequel to Sky Gamblers: Air Supremacy and Storm Raiders and will once again have players battling against other fighter jets in a customized flyer.
